What if you deliver late?
We pay, automatically. Express late — a full refund, and the flags are yours. Standard or Economy late — 10% of the order back as store credit. You do not have to ask.
The promise is the day written on your order at the Checkout page.
- Express — the whole order is refunded to the payment method you used, and you keep the flags.
- Standard und Wirtschaft — 10% of the order total is credited to My Wallet in your account, to spend on a next order.
There is no claim to file. If something on our side moves the day before production, we tell you at once with the new day.
The limit, said plainlyLate means the courier did not try to deliver by the promised day. A first attempt that finds nobody home counts as a delivery made on time.
